Four Hour Work Week for Your Business
Do you know the #1 reason businesses fail?
- Not enough customers.
Do you know the #1 reason most businesses don’t have enough customers?
- Not enough selling.
Do you know that most entrepreneurs and freelancers spend less than 4 hours per week selling, even though they are extremely busy with their business?
And, do you know where this leaves them? You’ve seen it, I am sure:
- Exhausted
- Overwhelmed
- Desperate
- Broke
…and too dang busy to enjoy life.
Repeat after me: “It doesn’t have to be this way!” I used the principles of the Four Hour Work Week to dramatically change my business, and you can, too.
Have you read the Four Hour Work Week? I did, and while I enjoyed it, my heart fell out when I saw it is all based on creating another business. That was the last thing I needed. Really. Another business? Not in my world.
But let me share a secret: I applied the principles of Tim Ferriss’ Four Hour Work Week to my own business—the one I had when I started reading the book—and the results were, well, spectacular.
Although I laughed out loud several times while reading the book, Ferriss has a wild attitude and crazy style that puts a lot of people off. His ideas, however, are strong and lasting, even if presented in a way that doesn’t make applying them all that easy. As a trainer and usability expert, I converted those principles into an easy-to-follow system, and I want to show you that system in a free webinar. In the webinar, you will learn how to…
- Identify the most productive activities in your business
- Create an experience plan for your life
- Five strategies to re-align your effectiveness
- Hire and leverage a virtual assistant
- Concentrate your activities
- Redeploy a little time to dramatically accelerate your sales and grow your self-employment practice

Who is this for?
If you are self employed, freelance, or an entrepreneur, this is for you. The Four Hour Work Week principles had a dramatic impact on my business, and they will on yours too. The problem is that while the principles are brilliant, it’s hard to apply them to an existing business. Ferriss says you need a new business—he calls it a “muse.” But what if you already love your work? What about the advantage of applying these principles to a business you already know and have a huge advantage in, rather than the incredible work of starting something new? The Four Hour Work Week recommends putting your current business behind you. I recommend leveraging it to create your single best opportunity to dramatically change your life. And, I will show you how to do it.

- When people give up on a business or kind of work they love, they rarely do it because they run out love for the work. No. When they quit or give up, they do it because the work isn’t earning enough money.
This is a tragic loss!
I’ve been there. I’ve lived the grief. And I have also lived the joy. Until the Four Hour Work Week came into my life, I never had the clarity or focus I needed. It completely changed my business, but not in the way you might expect.
I would like to tell you that I am this amazing Internet entrepreneur that makes millions, lives in the Carribbean Islands, and makes his swimsuit color choice the most important decision of the day. Truth is, I’m a small business guy much like you; an entrepreneur who has enjoyed phenomenal success in recent years, good success before that, and also felt the sting of failure even before that. I have tried and failed to live my passion, and then tried again and succeeded. I owned a bookstore, two organic farms, and today I am a world class consultant who has had the privilege to work almost exclusively with Fortune 100 companies. And that enables me to live my passions: helping great small businesses thrive, writing philosophy and poetry, and playing with my family. It’s been a fascinating ride. In the process, I have become a highly respected consultant on sales force effectiveness and productivity in the circles that matter to my business.
Most importantly, I had the opportunity to transform my consulting business at a time when I really had no choice but to do so. I undertook a process—which became the New Rules of Personal Productivity and the Freedom to Live Guide—and the results were absolutely incredible.

Before I tell you what happened to me, here is an amazing case study with someone who was on the brink of quitting her business, but now works 25 hours per week less than before, and is loving her business again. Meet Jeanna…
Jeanna Viramontes is a physical therapist who struck out on her own about four years ago so she could practice a particular kind of physical therapy. It was her passion, her absolute joy to do that work. When I met her, she was working in a small office in Hudson Wisconsin, and working at least 60-70 hours per week. She confided at one point that she wasn’t sure how much longer she could sustain her practice. I invited Jeanna to my workshop. Five months after the workshop, I received this email:
Tony,
This weekend, I did not do any work-related activities from 7:00 pm Friday night until 8:00 am Monday morning. I think it has been at least a year since I have had two days in a row that I did not do work-related activities. THANK YOU TONY!…
I have received significant benefits from thinking differently, the way you taught us in the workshop. I figure it this way:
- Total time saved per week to date: 20-25 hours
- Projected time saved per week if all of the above is implemented: 27-30
On a personal note, you have been one of the people in my life who have helped bring an awareness to my “zone of genius” and how to maximize the time I spend in that zone. I notice that when I sit at the computer and do billing and other administrative work, my hands get very cold and I can feel my natural energetic vibration (my energetic internal clock) slowing down and becoming sluggish. On the other hand, by the end of my sessions with clients, my hands are usually burning and I can feel myself vibrating at a higher frequency and larger amplitude. You have helped me become aware of the need to spend as much time doing what lifts me up, not what pulls me down. I’ll keep working on it!

The Work of Prosperity
Jeanna is a great example, and there are many others like her. She was on the road to failure not because she lost a love of her work, but because she was being overwhelmed by her business. And the cure was to look at the work as something to love, and the business as something to make more efficient and productive. She trusted the New Rules of Personal Productivity. She changed her habits. She overcame assumptions. Jeanna worked incrementally and gradually, and has been rewarded with renewed energy, new joy, and a prosperity she never imagined possible. You can do this, too.

Meet Tony!
So here is my standard mug. Look, it has to be pretty standard. I'm a businessman, a corporate consultant, and a man dedicated to living life fully and giving what I have to give. So while the picture is standard, I promise you the content of my course is not. My attitude is not. How I got success is not. And the work that motivates me is not standard. I am a very good consultant. I am also a writer, adventurer, philosopher, and poet. I love to help independent business people find success. And my family comes first--always, every time. It will be my honor to help you find success living your dream.
